Propeller Aero, a pioneer in cloud-based workspace solutions, approached Hey Mr with the challenge of effectively showcasing their sophisticated software. They sought to clarify how their solution works, assist customers in learning to use the tool, and lighten the load on their internal customer success team.

Hey Mr’s solution involved the creation of a comprehensive training program for Propeller Aero’s knowledge base. We filmed this program in person, providing visual support with broll footage that reinforced the ideas and concepts discussed. Additionally, we incorporated software screenshots to illustrate the tool in action, enabling customers to grasp and maximize their utilization of the Propeller software.
